You will work closely with managers and employees to address HR needs, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws, and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational or international company.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
