📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze quality control metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control best practices and industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure Carsome remains at the forefront of quality control in the automotive industry.
• Report on quality control performance to senior management and board members, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, with a strong background in the automotive industry.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or a related quality management system.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality control processes and systems.
• Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, including statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other locations as required.
