📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and medical record management using our electronic health record system (Epic).
• Support clinical operations by assisting with patient consultations, lab tests, and other medical procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Assist with the management of medical supplies, including ordering, inventory, and distribution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or administrative role.
• Basic knowledge of electronic health record systems, such as Epic, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel between our various locations in Bali.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
