• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Manage and mentor a team of service crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Handle cash transactions and manage inventory to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
