📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect and analyze geological data to ensure accurate ore grade reporting.
• Conduct laboratory tests to determine mineral content and quality.
• Use specialized software such as Surpac, Vulcan, or similar tools to monitor and report ore grades.
• Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for grade control activities.
• Participate in regular meetings and presentations to discuss grade control findings and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance grade control processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in grade control or similar roles in the mining industry.
• Certification in grade control or related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of geological principles and mining practices.
• Proficiency in using grade control software and laboratory equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
