📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist air traffic controllers in managing flight data and monitoring airspace.
• Operate and maintain radar systems (ASR-9, SSR-9) and communication tools (VHF, HF radios).
• Support decision-making during high-traffic periods and emergency situations.
• Ensure the safe, efficient, and orderly flow of aircraft in the air traffic control center.
• Monitor and record flight information, including aircraft identification, position, and altitude.
• Provide assistance in coordinating with other air traffic control units and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all air traffic activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in air traffic control or aviation support roles.
• Certification in air traffic control or a related field (e.g., ATC Assistant, Air Traffic Services Assistant).
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
