📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate agricultural loans to farmers and rural entrepreneurs, ensuring they meet the eligibility criteria and requirements.
• Manage client relationships, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analyses to ensure the financial health of borrowers.
• Use Banking System Software and Financial Management Tools to streamline loan processing and client management.
• Collaborate with the branch team to develop and implement financial inclusion strategies.
• Provide training and educational sessions to farmers and rural entrepreneurs on financial literacy and loan management.
• Monitor loan performance and provide regular reports to the branch manager.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in agricultural lending.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural lending, banking, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian agricultural practices and rural finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in using Banking System Software and Financial Management Tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 22000 food safety management standards is a plus.
