You'll work closely with our management team to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and our internal HRIS system.
• Conduct initial and final interviews, reference checks, and background verifications.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Administer HR documentation, including employee files, contracts, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR support to employees, including benefits administration and conflict resolution.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall HR strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle and conducting interviews.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
