📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages, including signature drinks and seasonal specials.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
• Stock and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every guest's drink experience is memorable.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest standard.
• Assist in training and mentoring new bar staff.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in cocktail making.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the development of the bar's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a premium hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and techniques, including shaker techniques, muddling, and garnishing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and international spirits and liqueurs.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and trends quickly.
