📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed technical drawings and design specifications for mechanical components.
• Develop and optimize prototypes using advanced CAD/CAM software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality.
• Assist in the development of manufacturing processes and tools to support efficient production.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the electrical appliances industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and best practices.
• Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly).
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
