In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and logistics processes for our export and import operations. You will work closely with our sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the shipping and logistics processes for export and import operations,Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations,Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition,Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists,Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping solutions,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipping activities and transactions,Provide regular reports and updates on shipping activities to management,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the shipping and logistics operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics, preferably in the export/import industry,Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade laws,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with shipping software and systems, such as TMS, WMS, or ERP systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
