📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Manage the accounting department, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.,Proven track record of success in financial management and reporting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax laws.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
