📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.,Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.,Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address technical issues and provide expert advice.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and compliant engineering solutions.,Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.,Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee and coordinate engineering teams.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.,Valid professional engineering license or certification is a plus.
