📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct routine and special tests to ensure the quality and safety of food products.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and maintain lab equipment and supplies.,Perform data analysis and reporting on test results.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians.,Ensure compliance with local and national food safety regulations.,Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues and improve processes.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lab operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lab environment, preferably in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality assurance principles.,Familiarity with relevant food safety regulations and standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Proficiency in using lab equipment and software.,Valid food handler's certification.
