📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor store staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that products are displayed attractively.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely restocking and product availability.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and other store activities.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and implement changes as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
