📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure the availability of quality products at competitive prices.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely fulfillment of requests.,Participate in procurement strategy meetings and provide input on procurement-related decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, principles, and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
