📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the internal audit team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit work.,Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.,Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure the effectiveness of internal controls.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior auditors within the team.,Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of audit information and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a proven track record in leading audit projects.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal control frameworks, and auditing standards (e.g., GAAS, ISA).,Proficiency in using audit software and tools, such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards relevant to the organization's operations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
