📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.

Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to our high standards.

Lead and mentor a team of commis chefs.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Manage inventory and ensure that all supplies are properly stocked.

Participate in menu planning and development.

Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commis chef or similar role.

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.

Ability to lead and mentor a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Ability to manage inventory and supplies.

Passion for delivering exceptional food and service.
