📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork.,Coordinate with department heads to gather information for performance reviews and employee feedback.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related matters.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fresh graduates or professionals with limited HR experience are welcome to apply.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Willingness to learn and develop HR skills.
