PT Berkah Wira is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and knowledge.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Assess training needs and design customized learning solutions.,Conduct training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning initiatives into business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage and maintain learning management systems to ensure smooth operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Docebo, or Cornerstone.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
