📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the leadership and management of the team, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity.,Coordinate and supervise team activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Support the development of team goals and objectives in alignment with company objectives.,Assist in the resolution of team conflicts and issues, promoting a positive work environment.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on team progress and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
