📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café and bakery, ensuring high standards of quality and service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure product availability.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.,Participate in regular staff meetings and team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and procurement.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
