📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the crew, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.,Ensure the safety and comfort of guests by maintaining high standards of service.,Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking.,Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the vessel, ensuring it is in good condition for operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid captain's license and other relevant certifications.,Proven track record of leading and managing a crew effectively.,Excellent knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic maintenance and repair of vessels.,Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
