📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and conduct training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills.,Create and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, workshops, and hands-on exercises.,Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet learning objectives.,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales team members to support their professional development.,Collaborate with sales managers and other stakeholders to align training programs with business goals.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training and development.,Measure and report on the impact of training programs to demonstrate their value to the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience as a sales trainer or in a similar role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.,Ability to design and facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops.,Experience with training evaluation and assessment methods.,Understanding of sales performance metrics and how to translate training objectives into measurable outcomes.
