📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels.,Ensure compliance with all legal and company recruitment policies and procedures.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
