📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and partners.,Train and develop sales consultants on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to the team.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
