📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the team,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching,Develop and implement work schedules and shift rotations,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage team resources and ensure efficient use of equipment and materials,Handle employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise,Conduct performance reviews and appraisals,Assist in the development and implementation of team training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with health and safety regulations,Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
