📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet organizational goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees throughout the training process.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the implementation of performance improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
