Tech Village Unggul is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting is a plus.,Ability to speak and write English fluently.
