📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and guest preferences.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of food and beverage supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Participate in cost control and budgeting activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
  • Knowledge of local ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.
  • Valid food handler's license and other relevant certifications.
