PT Mega Permata is looking for a Deputy IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment and software.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security.,Document and maintain IT support records and processes.,Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

ITIL framework knowledge is a plus.Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWSAzureor Google Cloud.Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and principles.Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus.Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
