📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial records and reports.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Provide support to the accounting team in various accounting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
